What Motor91 provides

Motor91 is an information and listings platform. We publish vehicle data, editorial content and calculators, and we host listings placed by dealers and individual sellers.

We are not a party to any sale. A transaction is between the buyer and the seller, and Motor91 does not sell vehicles, broker finance or insurance, or guarantee that any listed car is available at the price shown.

Accuracy of information

Prices, specifications, mileage figures and offers change frequently and vary by city, variant and dealer. We take reasonable care to keep them current, but every figure on the platform is indicative — confirm the on-road price, specification and availability with the dealer or seller before you commit money.

Calculator outputs are estimates produced from the values you enter. They are not a quote, an approval, or financial advice.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for activity under your account. You agree not to post false, misleading or infringing content, not to scrape or re-publish platform data, and not to interfere with the service or attempt to access other users’ data.

We may suspend or remove an account or a listing that breaches these terms.

Content and intellectual property

Platform content, branding and compilation are owned by Motor91 or its licensors. Vehicle photographs sourced under open licences are attributed on the Photo Credits page. Content you submit stays yours; you grant us a licence to display and distribute it on the platform.

Liability

Motor91 is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on platform information, from dealings with any seller, dealer or third party, or from unavailability of the service.
