Report a listing
If a listing looks fraudulent, misleading or already sold, tell the moderation team.
What to report
Listings get taken down or corrected for any of these:
- Suspected fraud, or a seller asking for payment before any viewing
- A car already sold, or an advertised car that does not exist
- Photographs taken from another listing, or of a different car
- Wrong price, kilometres, ownership or accident history
- Duplicate listings for the same vehicle
- Abusive, offensive or spam content
How to report it
Email report@motor91.com with the listing URL and what is wrong with it. Screenshots help. A signed-in user can also report a listing from the listing page itself, which attaches the reference automatically.
What we do with it
Moderation reviews every report. A listing with a credible fraud report is suspended while it is checked, not after. Reporters are not identified to the seller.
If you have already lost money, report it to your bank and to the national cybercrime portal at cybercrime.gov.in as well — we can remove a listing, but we cannot recover a payment.
